Amphenol's largest merger and acquisition deal in history is about to be completed

The Wall Street Journal, citing informed sources, reported that the deal for connector giant Amphenol to acquire CommScope's connection and Cable Solutions division (CCS) is nearly completed, with the transaction valued at approximately $10.5 billion. If all goes well, it will be completed as soon as Monday local time.
